All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UAE public holidays. 

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay with your order, we will reach out to you directly via email or phone. 

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UAE. Please note that deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time beyond the standard delivery window.

For customers outside the UAE, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the chargeable weight of your order. The chargeable weight is determined by whichever is higher between the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the package.

Rates shown are starting prices and may vary depending on the final weight and dimensions of your shipment.

AtelierPerfumery is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's regulations.
