AtAtelierPerfumery, your satisfaction is important to us. We want every purchase to be a positive experience, which is why we offer a straightforward andhassle-freereturn policy.

We accept returns on orders within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions: 

• The product is completely unused and unaltered 
• All original packaging, boxes, dust covers, labels, tags, and authenticity cards are intact 
• The original Order Confirmation is included with the return 
• The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you 

If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return request. 

Simply submit your return request through our website by selecting the order and items you wish to return. Once your request is received, a member of our team will reach out to you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient collection time. 

Once we receive your returned item it will be carefully inspected by our team. Upon approval your refund will be processed as follows: 

Your refund will be returned to the original card used at the time of purchase within 14 to 21 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Our Customer Care team will contact you to collect your bank accountdetailsand the refund amount will be transferred directly to your account.

Please take care to preserve all product packaging when returning an item. Damaged or incomplete packaging may affect the resale condition of the product and couldimpactyour eligibility for a full refund. Our collection team may conduct a brief inspection at the time of pickup, though thisdoes not constitutefinal approval of the return.

At this timeAtelierPerfumerydoes not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase through the returns process and place a new order separately.

Atelier Perfumery reserves the right tomonitorreturn patterns and may decline requests from customers with unusually frequent return activity. All returns are subject to inspection and approval before any refund is issued. This policy does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
